The Maisonette
Kyan Bay is a boutique maisonette in Itea, designed for guests seeking comfort, warm aesthetics and a more personal stay experience. Set across two levels, on the 1st and 2nd floor, it accommodates up to 4 guests, creating the feeling of a private residence with a relaxed, contemporary character.
The spaces of the maisonette have been shaped to offer freedom in everyday living and a natural flow between the moments of the day. The two separate bedrooms, with two queen beds, ensure comfort and privacy, while the two bathrooms add ease and practicality to the stay of families, couples or small groups.
With an interior space of 85 sq.m., Kyan Bay balances functionality with atmosphere. The living area with fireplace and TV becomes a welcoming place to return to after a day in Itea, while the two balconies add a more open dimension to the stay, ideal for quiet moments, morning light and relaxed evenings.

The interiors of Kyan Bay feel intimate, comfortable and discreetly elegant. The sitting area has been designed as a warm space for relaxation, with a sofa, TV and fireplace, ideal for moments of rest, conversation or peaceful evenings indoors.
The kitchen supports an independent and comfortable stay, featuring cooking hobs, coffee machine, kettle, cookware, tableware and coffee or tea-making facilities. The bar with chairs gives the space a relaxed, lifestyle character, serving as a natural spot for the first coffee of the day, a light meal or an effortless moment of togetherness.
The two bathrooms complete the feeling of comfort, with a simple shower, bath towels, hairdryer and essential bathroom amenities, including shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Every element is there to make the stay easy, natural and pleasant.
